Sex and the City is the debut novel of socialite Candace Bushnell. The Book is probobly the most famous thing she's written due to their being two adapted films and a TV Series. The book follows Writer Carrie Bradshaw (Candace Bushnell) who writes a collum called Sex and the City for the fictional newspaper, The New York Star, which is based on the newspaper where Bushnell previously worked. The Book follows Carrie and her friends, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda.
